Abstract
In its development, UMKM faced a crisis when they were hit by a wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Whereas UMKM are very important as the nation's economic motor. Therefore, there is a need for a new strategy that must be carried out to maintain the existence of the UMKM that are involved, including the UMKM in Ngeni Village. Based on these problems, the village government held an event bazaar agenda which was also included in the series of the 77th Indonesian Independence Day. This bazaar is expected to be a driving force in the efforts of UMKM to survive after the pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the bazaar event that contains this workshop is able to pave the way for the development and insight of UMKM actors so that they can survive with new conditions after the pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and with a participatory approach. The results of the study show that the bazaar event presented with the workshop has an important role in being able to change mindsets and add insight to business actors in developing their businesses in order to survive after the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, strengthening the brand image and brand trust, increasing income, and increasing the entrepreneurial interest of rural communities
