Abstract

Teacher has a very strategic roles in a teaching-learning process, for implementing the curriculum in the class as well as creating an effective teaching. The effective teaching could rise studen’s achievement. On the other hand, there is an internal factors of teacher that influence studen’s achievement, one of them is achievement motivation. It is assumed that there is a correlation between teacher’s effectiveness in teaching, student’s achievement motivation and student’s achievement in learning, in MA Ma’arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar. That assumption was proved by the writer by doing a correlational research which includes two independent variables and one dependent variable. From the result of the the research analized using SPSS Ver. 10.0 for windows, it is found that the result of the research are as follows : 1) There is a possitive significant correlation between the teacher ‘s effectiveness in teaching and student’s achievement : 2) there is a possitive significant correlation between student’s achievement motivation and students’ learning achievement : 3) there is a simultaneous correlation among the teacher’s effectiveness in teaching, student’s achievement motivation and students’ learning achivement. So that, the alternative hypothesis of this research is accepted.
