Abstract

Economic activity at modern era has experienced rapidly, either from the angle of its kind or its area. Relating with this growth, all related to the activities must entirely support, including the side of law, while a very closed of law side with economic activity is contract. Forms of contract, along with development of civilization also developed. Recently, it has emerged an agreement model of standard (standard contract) where in doing agreement between one party to other, partly or even all its clauses are settled, that is all of kinds of agreement having equality typical is made the same or standard clauses and it’s irreversible. In the beginning, standard contract is considered as one of forms of capitalist domination to economics world, because strong party or producer (offeror) entirely makes standard contract. But the reality now, standard contract has become a choice either from the side of producer (offeror) or consumer (offeree) That election is based on consideration of efficiency, from time side, cost, energy and also the other.
