Abstract

This research try to describe system higher education of Islam to effort making-up of student human resource quality, what more focused on State Institute of Islamic Studies Kediri. Besides showing at result which have been reached by that institute, this masterpiece especially lay open at system development process in several policy both the form of effort which flange at make-up of student human resource and various related factor. As according to problems scope which wish to be discover, hence this research use naturalistic-qualitative approach because expected can be obtained holiness description to accurate of research object. Naturalistic-qualitative approach have implication at intake of data which have pattern of simultaneous cross sectional or member check, so that needed many technique. In this case researcher utilize technique of participant observation, indepth interview and document. Data mustered more emphasized at this research moment is conducted. Hereinafter to analyze data pass analytical-descriptive technique. Pursuant to finding result of research, State Institute of Islamic Studies Kediri continue to race to improve its system, so it grew compatibility. Various policy taken very good to effort making-up of student resource quality, for example liberty and infrastructure for their creativity. Students does not can only develop potency of academic and professionalism according to taken majors area, but also they have various pragmatically and practically skill. Besides that growing there are resistor factor, among others still lack of variation membership of lecturer in particularly subject matter for the program of study Education of English, Islamic Economy, membership in practical sciences, beside not yet as well-balanced as academic activity volume with available fund.
