Abstract

Beside five time prays, Allah also oblige pray jumat to certain people, then by fuqaha' compiled some special condition about its execution; it must be done in town (mishr), not happened ta'adud aljum’ah (jumat pray more than one place) in one town or one countryside, getting permit of government and is other. More than that, jumat pray also abort obligation of pray dluhur But it happened in society, in Ngawi area for example, we can discover many people who remain to execute dluhur pray after finishing jumat pray. They have occasion that jumat pray which they done is not agree with the rules made by fuqaha, so that they go through "short cut" by [doing/conducting] I'Adah dluhur under the cloak of ihthiyath. I'adah al-jum'at ba'd dluhur which only based on ihtiyath is bid'ah which must be left, because it’s not appropriate with Quran and Hadits. Kata Kunci : Ihthiyath, I’adah Dluhur dan Shalat Jum’at
