Abstract

Corruption is a despicable act from any aspect. Like daily food, massive corruption is a challenge for this nation. The positive law that is felt to be able to resolve turns out to be considered unfair to the consequences that arise. Bearing in mind that Indonesia, with more than 80% of its population, is Muslim, it is necessary to reform laws which have a divine character and spirit and make the laws that are the beliefs of the majority of this country have the opportunity to be a way out. However, in the era of humans who think critically and develop the possibility of Islamic law it is difficult to reach the laws of this country which is known for its pluralism. However, an approach that prioritizes national plurality and pays attention to diversity in its application is always sought so that the goal of destroying something that is cultured, namely corruption, can be resolved.
